Position: Client Success Manager
A client success manager at Sip will be responsible for managing client accounts and building relationships. They will also oversee the successful execution and timely deliveries for client assets and projects. This person will have the skills and experience required to know when project quality is up to Sip standards and ready for client approvals.
In addition the client success manager will work with our team to strategize, plan, and collaborate on client projects from start to finish. They will be responsible for managing the process and its success.
